North of Scotland Junior Open Matchplay Championship

RULES & CONDITIONS

Open to all junior golfers under the age of 18 years on 1st January 2011.

Three categories - Under 18, Under 15 and Handicap.

FORMAT:
36 hole qualifier, 18 holes on Monday 17th and 18 holes on Tuesday 18th. The Top 16 scratch qualifiers in the under 18 and under 15 category and the top 16 Handicap will qualify for the Matchplay Stages starting on Wednesday 19th with the finals being played on Thursday 20th afternoon.

Handicaps will remain the same throughout the competition.


The Executive reserves the right to have a lesser number of qualifiers should the level of entry merit that course in their sole discretion.

Distance Measuring Devices will be allowed.

PRIZE LIST:
 Under 18 - 1st £100, Runner Up £60, Losing semi-finalists £30 each.
Under 15 - 1st £80, Runner Up £50, Losing semi-finalists £25 each.
Handicap - 1st £50, Runner Up £30, Losing semi-finalists £20 each.

In the Qualifying rounds best nett aggregate in each category will receive a prize voucher.
